In the style of '50s

POLISH VERSION

It is said that nowadays we have fashion for everything. I would rather limit it to statement that today the second youth celebrate typical for '50s skirts made on circle, dots and polka dot combines with in my opinion the worst fashion of '90s.
'90s fashion will always make me think of large jackets, „pillows” makes arms larger and espadrilles which my fits will never experience.
To favor returned also hats.

My trimmed in navy colour dressup gravitates to youth years of my grandma and a dress which I put on probably even remember that years! The element breaking through navy is fuchsia hat.

Details which makes dress up really elegant are accessories. This time I do not have brancelet but a ring with pearl and necklaces. They both are a memento from my most gorgeous, Chinese roommate.

What about pictures for this dressups – they couldn't go without comment. I achieved over 100 of them and I never before had such a big problem with choosing just a few from them which I like.

CLOTHES
dress - no-name, bought used on Facebook selling group
shoes - Stradivarius
hat – Chinese shiopping center
jewellery – got from my precious roommate
sunglasses - hipermarket E.Leclerc

Cost of dressup: around 30EUR

Boho to the city

WERSJA POLSKA

So we have summer again and I've changed into city cowgirl again. Maybe this time relate a bit to boho style.
I wear a shirt in very original shape and very, very wide sleeves. But thanks to that it is really very airy (especially when I cycle).
To this I wear jeans shorts with cuffs (thanks to cuffs my shorts are not boring) and quite untypical belt.
It is very rare for me to have a handbag match to my shoes but this time it happened. Moreover my tassels bag and my cowboy boots are in equal colour with a rope by my shirt! :)

As befits me - bracelets should be more than enough. At the same time I have simple, metal once like very old from grandma with mother of pearl. I have also one in "old roman style" and one made by coral which composes to two strings of coral beads which I have on my neck.

The "bag" blouse

WERSJA POLSKA

This is one of my fav dressups. This idea to dress up I already use another summer in the row! Only the begs and cowboy boots changes.
I put on totally prehistoric blouse, which around neckline, sleeves and bottom has openworks completion. The blouse has untyupical, a bit like a bat shape and it is totally oversize. But at the bottom it is getting narrow a bit.
To this blose I put on also my fav shorts jeans and of course cowboy shoes! I also have an Indian
bag which vivify this dressup.

Brown sunglasses in uncomon (and I guess unfashionable) shape makes perfect composition with a mandatory bracelets in, this time, brown and gold colour.

CLOTHES
  • facts abt. oversize blouse: is very old, I grabed it from the bottom of the wordrobe, I guess I have it from my aunt who had a model so this blouse for sure costed fortune but, as I have it just from the wardrobe, I am not sure about anyhting concerning this blouse
  • shorts jeans: Forever18
  • cowboy shoes: Promod
  • bracelet: Charity shop, Gret Britain
  • bag: Indian bag was found in the shop in Great Britain
  • sun glasses: almost 20 years old, taken from my mama (read: survived from being thrown away)

White, openworked skirt vol. 1

WERSJA POLSKA

At leats in Wrocław City it became a lil cold so with no fear that you became sweat just coz of looking at me I can show sth with long sleeves.

I put on a short, white dress with openworked frills. I love this skirt coz I associate it with a Wild West and if so, I obligatory had to put on a cowboy shoes to it!

On the top I have an asymmetrical - longer from the back and shorter in front - brown, a bit oversize jumper witch has a hart made from metal sequins, which you already know from the dressup with knickerbockers.

To make this dressup a bit more free and easy I choose little, jeans bag.

  • dress: House
  • jumper: noname
  • cowboy shoes: Promod
  • bag: New Look
  • glasses: no name, hunted on my SWAP Party
